My mission
It is to protect the legal position of the client and his interests, preserving his image in the eyes of the mass media, defending his serenity and safeguarding his dreams.
Competence, preparation, continuous updating, confidentiality and mutual trust with the client: these are the weapons I use to achieve the objectives indicated above.
Lawyer Riccardo Prisciano, after obtaining his high school diploma at the G. Galilei Scientific High School in Manduria (TA), obtained a Bachelor's Degree with full marks in Legal Sciences of Security at the University of Rome – Tor Vergata.
The academic path of the three-year degree also included passing subjects such as "Forensic Medicine", "Military Criminal Law", "Criminology", "Public Security and Administrative Police Law", "Administrative Sciences and Military Accounting". After obtaining the three-year degree, he completed his academic path by obtaining a 1st Level Master's Degree in "International Studies" and, finally, a Master's Degree in Law.
In his youth, he trained at the Carabinieri Marshals School (Velletri and Florence) and, after completing his training, he carried out investigative activities as a Marshal of the Carabinieri.
He then completed his legal training at a law firm in Udine that mainly deals with criminal law and, at the same time, he also completed his notarial training at a notary in the province of Udine.
Finally, he successfully attended the Triveneto Notarial School (recognized by the National Council of Notaries) at the Notarial Council of Padua, organized by the Interregional Committee of the Notarial Councils of the Three Venices.
Having passed the exam to qualify as a lawyer, he registered with the Bar Association of Udine, where the main office is located; the secondary office is located in Rome, but Lawyer Prisciano operates throughout Italy.
Lawyer Riccardo Prisciano deals with criminal law (in particular, criminal law of the Public Administration), military criminal law, administrative law and some areas of civil law (damages, contracts, property, adverse possession and real rights, international adoptions and inheritance matters).
It also provides assistance and consultancy for Public Bodies, ETS, Institutions, political parties and groups, foundations, committees, cooperatives, associations and companies.
